The Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts with Daniel B. Wallace

Daniel B. Wallace is Senior Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and Executive Director for the Center for the Study New Testament Manuscripts.  In April 2022 he visited the Lanier Theological Library to be part of a lecture weekend featuring Bill Mounce.  

Wallace joins David Capes on The Stone Chapel Podcasts to talk about his exciting work.  For many years Dan and his team have been traveling the globe to photograph manuscripts (hand written documents) of the New Testament.  Along the way they have discovered many new manuscripts. They have made high resolution, Digital images of these manuscripts available to scholars through a sophisticated website at the Center.  It is exciting, exhausting, work, but Dan and his team are deeply committed to the mission.  For more information about the Center and to see these images, click here.
